Sikaflex®-201US Sealant & Sikaflex®-201 Textured Sealant

Sikaflex®-201 US and Sikaflex®-201 Textured sealants are one-component, flexible, polyurethane-based, non-sag elastomeric sealants capable of +/- 25% joint movement. Sikaflex®-201 Textured sealant is ideal for use in sealing applications requiring a rough appearance, due to its textured consistency, and it is AAMA 808.3-92 verified for perimeter sealing compounds. Both products meet ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, class 25. Federal specification TT-S-00230C is superseded by ASTM C920. These products are manufactured using a quality management system that has been certified to be compliant with ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000:2004 standards. Product benefits include: excellent adhesion, bond to most construction materials without a primer; appearance of Sikaflex®-201 Textured blends well with rough or stucco type surfaces, hiding tooling imperfections; excellent resistance to aging and weathering; fast skin time which helps reduce dirt pick-up; non-staining; may be painted with water, oil or rubber-based coatings; high elasticity, cures to a tough, durable, flexible consistency with exceptional cut and tear resistance. Both products are available in 300ml. cartridges (24 per case) and 600ml. unipacs (20 per case). Colors: Sikaflex®-201US-white, aluminum gray, tan, metal building bronze. Sikaflex®-219LM Sealant |

Sikaflex®-219LM is a one-component, low-modulus, high performance, moisture-curing polyurethane sealant with excellent adhesion to aluminum, FRP, steel, wood, masonry and most plastics with proper surface preparation. Conforms to Federal Specification TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A; ASTM C920, Type S, Class 100/50, Grade NS; Federal Silicone Specification TT-S001543A, Type Non-Sag. It is AAMA 808.3-92 verified for exterior perimeter sealing compounds. Sikaflex®-219LM exhibits excellent recovery making it ideal for sealing applications requiring high joint movement capability. Product benefits include: cures to form a tough durable elastomer with excellent cut and tear resistance; non-staining; may be painted (pre-testing is essential since some paints dry slowly and the surface may remain slightly tacky); excellent resistance to aging, weathering and road salt; exhibits good adhesion to metals without attacking the metal coating; high joint movement capability of +100%/-50%. It is available in 300ml. cartridges (24 per case) and 600ml. unipacs (20 per case). Colors: white, aluminum gray, black, limestone, deep bronze, Hartford green, log home tan. SikaSil®-GP Silicone |

SikaSil®-GP is a general purpose one-part, moisture curing silicone sealant suitable for use in a broad range of applications. It is easy to apply and offers excellent adhesion to a variety of non-porous substrates such as glass, glazed ceramic tiles and aluminum. SikaSil®-GP is primarily designed for conventional glazing, and is ideally suited for sealing glass windows, storefronts, aluminum angle joints, showcases, and shower doors. Product benefits include: easy to use, one-part sealant, no mixing required; good weatherability, virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, snow, and temperature extremes; long life and reliability, cured sealant remains elastic from -60°F to 400°F without tearing, cracking, drying out or becoming brittle; wide temperature gunnability range, can be applied in any season. It is available in 10.1 fl.oz. cartridges (24 per case). Colors: clear, white, aluminum gray, black, bronze. |
