Description: One-component, fast curing polyurethane based elastomeric adhesive/sealant. Moisture cured, non-sag system. Permanently elastic bond to fasten materials which have dissimilar coefficients of expansion. Applications: Exposed/concealed lap seams, rivet seams, roof rails, expansion/control joints, pre-cast concrete panel joints and tilt-up panel joints. Substrates: Aluminum, steel, wood, FRP, SMC, RIM, pre-painted metals, Zincalume®, ZINCGRIPTM and aluminized steel-many without primers. Advantages: Does not attack metal coatings, rapid cure. Overpaint once fully cured, with water, oil and rubber based coatings. Provides shock resistance, vibration damping. Weather resistant, resistant to road salts. NSF/USDA approved for incidental food contact. Resistant to cuts and tears. Key Properties: Tack free time 3 hours, Elongation at break 550%, Tensile Strength 175psi, +/- 25% expansion/contraction. |

Description: Low modulus, one-component, polyurethane elastomeric sealant. Moisture cured, non-sag system. Applications: Exposed/concealed lap joints, between logs in log homes, glass to wood, aluminum or anodized aluminum, SSR endlaps, roof curbs, roof joints, skylights, smoke vents, HVAC equipment, curtain wall joints, perimeter caulking of windows and doors, exterior lap joints of grain storage bins and sealing the base to the concrete pad, fabrication details that are subject to structural movement. Substrates: Aluminum, steel, wood, glass, FRP, SMC, RIM, pre-painted metals, Zincalume®, ZINCGRIPTM, and aluminized steel siliconized polyester painted metals-many without primers. Advantages: Does not attack metal coatings. Odorless and non-staining. Remains permanently elastic. Resistant to cuts and tears. High recovery. Rapid skin/rapid cure, overpainting once fully cured with water, oil and rubber based coatings. Provides shock resistance, vibration damping. Weather resistant, resistant to road salts. USDA approved for incidental food contact. Resistant to cuts and tears. Description: SikaSil®-N Plus is a neutral-curing, non-sag, low-modulus assembly silicone intended for miscellaneous industrial sealing applications. It also offers rapid cross-linking, a fast tack free time, low shrinkage and conformance to ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 25. SikaSil®-N Plus exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many non-porous surfaces including glass, ceramics, many plastics, paints and metals. Description: SikaLastomer®-511 is a premium grade, high solids, non-skinning, non-drying butyl rubber-based caulk compound. The caulk has a short cutoff designed for caulking the female lip of Standing Seam Roofs (SSR) and wall panels. It is a non-oxidizing sealant capable of withstanding joint movement without cracking, and can be used for concealed indoor and outdoor applications. The formulation stands up to intense water head pressures as certified by independent testing. SikaLastomer®-511 maintains permanent tack, allowing the caulk to be engaged in the field between two metal surfaces up to six months after initial application. Color: off-white. |
