Auto Glass Replacement Adhesives
Installation needs differ from shop to shop, region to region. The unique Sika range has a product for every installer's need. From the hot and dry climates of the Mojave Desert to the cold and wet climates of the North, Sika offers the fastest cure times available. All Sika Auto Glass Replacement Adhesives have been crash tested and have passed Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 208/212 which pertain to occupant safety and windshield retention in the event of a crash. Sikaflex® 220+ (Cold-Applied)

This cold-applied, fast curing, black primerless to glass high viscous polyurethane adhesive cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture. Its excellent non-sag properties grab and hold the glass while the material cures. Sikaflex® 220+ possesses outstanding working characteristics thanks to its excellent stability and special "non-stringy" formulation.

This cold-applied, fast curing, non-conductive, black primerless to glass polyurethane is an “All-In-One Modulus” adhesive. It is extremely easy to use, thanks to its excellent non-sag properties, easy extrusion and very high thixotropy. Packaged in a Super Kit with easy to use, single-use Sika®Aktivator PRO pads and Sika®Primer-206 Stix makes it even more convenient for installers to use. SikaTack®-COOL offers two-hour Safe Drive Away Time under most weather conditions.

Packaged in a Super Kit with easy to use, single-use Sika®Aktivator PRO pads and Sika®Primer-206 Stix makes it convenient for installers to use. SikaTack®-MOVE IT is engineered to conform to the strength of OEM requirements and exceeds all federal requirements even in the most severe interpretation of FMVSS 212/208.

SikaTack®-Sierra offers one-hour Safe Drive Away Time under most weather conditions above 55°F.
